Application Fee
In connection with your mortgage loan application, we will order both an appraisal and a credit report on your behalf. Upon completion of their work, these vendors will charge Keystone Funding Group for their services, regardless of whether or not you choose to close on your loan with us. In order to defray these costs and keep our rates low, we respectfully request that an Application Fee of $350.00 be paid to Keystone Funding Group in connection with your loan application.
The Application Fee is considered a deposit against the actual costs of these services. Therefore, any unused funds will be refunded to you, and we reserve the right to collect any outstanding balances due via invoice or from loan proceeds at settlement.
Since these services are being ordered on your behalf, you have the right to receive both a copy of your credit report and your appraisal. Should you be interested in receiving either of these reports, please notify us in writing within 60 days of the closing of your loan, and we will happily send you a copy.
